The transient offender links include not only the traditional traveling offenders, but also persons suspected or convicted of identity theft and related crimes; counterfeiters; escapees; scam artists; burglars; selected fugitives from Federal, state, or local law enforcement; and in the interest of public safety, arrestees and others who engage in extra-normal behavior whom we believe should be of interest to the public.
