Tommy Clack was arrested in February in Lake County, Florida for 23 active warrants in North Carolina for fraudulent practices involving elderly victims. He is a paver and would charge $2500 to $900 to pave driveways. Clack does not appear to be a transient offender, but uses the same approach commonly associated with transient type offenders. He lived in a million dollar home in a gated community in Wilmington, North Carolina. He came to Orlando in January of 2007 for a vacation. He booked several rooms in a Kissimmee HoJo's, where he began his paving work.
