VIA Unit

VIA volunteers assist in victim contact with persons 55 or older who have been victimized in a non-violent crime such as Residential Burglary.

You would participate in a training program and work directly with Seminole County Victim Services. However it is the overall goal for all TRIAD/SALT Law Enforcement Agencies to participate in this program as it is developed and expanded.

Ideally, you should enjoy personal contact and phone conversation with citizens of Seminole County. You will be required to complete paperwork associated with the program and attend periodic meetings and update your training.
